At ArabiSouq, we are committed to a smooth and reliable shopping experience for customers across the United Arab Emirates.

We offer FREE shipping to all 7 Emirates:

• Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain)

• Dubai

• Sharjah

• Ajman

• Umm Al Quwain

• Ras Al Khaimah

• Fujairah

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are verified, packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may need extra time.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes:

• Dubai & Sharjah: 1–3 business days

• Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–5 business days

Total time from order confirmation to delivery is usually 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods or due to courier delays.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Place your order online and pay the courier when it arrives. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay on delivery.

📞 Order Confirmation

For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

📍 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts whenever possible. If delivery fails because of incorrect contact details or because the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

🚫 Refused or Unpaid Orders

If a COD order is refused or not paid at delivery, it will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled.

✏️ Changing Your Address or Phone Number

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can update details only before the order is dispatched.

🔍 Order Tracking

After your order ships, you may receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp or phone call, depending on courier availability.

⚠️ Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will review it under our Returns Policy.

⏳ Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays may occasionally happen due to weather, public holidays, high order volume, courier operations or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your understanding.
