Return and Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at rock.aa494@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
